Collection to "Project G. helvetojurassica" by F. Gradstein, M. Knappertsbusch, and W. Etter (2016, in work)

"Project G. helvetojurassica" was initiated by Felix Gradstein during his visit in April 2016 at NMB in Basel for re-study of Globuligerina helvetojurassica from the collection of Hans Oesterle (1969).

For this purpose hypotype specimens from the Eisengraben section were re-investigated by SEM study, and at the same occasion the Eisengraben section was re-sampled at the same levels as illustrated in Figure 4 in Oesterle (1969). A "Memo visit of Felix Gradstein, 6-8 April 2016, Project Globuligerina helvetojurassica" by Knappertsbusch (2016) which describes these activities, is deposited with the collection.

Raw materials from that re-sampling is deposited in the external raw materials collection in the Spengler Park.
